13 most annoying years

Another december 21st and of course another Sephiroth fanart. I wanted to draw something based on the Hunchback of Notre Dame for years, but never tried because of the detailed and difficult backgrounds. As you can see I finally gave it a try with many, many little houses. Ha, ha.
